TORONTO: The Canada Media Fund (CMF) and NZ On Air are providing financing of C$801,450 ($608,855) for two digital media co-production projects under the Canada-New Zealand Digital Media Fund.

Projects that will receive funding as part of the initiative are Spurred On: NZ & Canada at Passchendaele from Antica Productions (Canada) and Gibson Group (New Zealand) and Nuclear Reaction from Jam3 (Canada) and Rogue Productions (New Zealand).

Now in its third year, the partnership between The Canada Media Fund and NZ On Air funds eligible digital media co-productions between producers from the two countries. By funding projects that use new technologies to tell culturally relevant stories, the program is designed to encourage creative producers from Canada and New Zealand to collaborate on digital media productions.
