CABLEready Rakes In Programming Sales

NORWALK: CABLEready has landed sales for more than 100 hours of programming to a number of broadcasters, including NBC Latin America and Channel Five.

Questar took on the U.S. DVD rights to Karma Trekkers, while Red Bull went for Epic Conditions. TV4 in Sweden took on the rights for Dominick Dunne’s Power, Privilege and Justice, as well as Bounty Hunters and Women Behind Bars.

FOXTEL in Australia and History UK also went for Women Behind Bars, along with Women on Death Row season five. Also in the U.K., Channel Five picked up Medical Detectives. MediaCorp in Singapore and RTL Germany acquired 19 and eight episodes, respectively, of Inside the Actors Studio.

Canada’s Canal D snapped up Hooked: Monster Fish. TV2 in Denmark took on Chain Gang Girls 2. Discovery Asia bagged World Party. MSM (SET) Satellite in India acquired Hollywood One on One.

Meanwhile, NBC Latin America is now to air the weekly series Hollywood Dailies.
