BWTVF Confirms Master Class Lineup

TORONTO, March 31: The
Banff World Television Festival (BWTVF) has revealed the roster of speakers for
this year’s Master Class sessions, which includes Michael Poyres, the creator
and executive producer of Disney Channel’s Emmy-nominated Hannah Montana, among others.

The 2008 Master Class
lineup also features Doug Ellin, the creator and showrunner of HBO’s Entourage; Hart Hanson, the creator and showrunner of FOX’s Bones; Stephanie Savage, the executive producer and
co-showrunner for The CW series Gossip Girl; and Craig Wright, the creator and showrunner of
the ABC drama Dirty Sexy Money.

Master Class sessions
showcase the industry's top television creators in intimate interviews that
focus on the development and production of their TV series, and provide the
opportunity for a dialogue between the "Master" and the audience.

The 29th edition of the
BWTVF will take place at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta, Canada,
from June 8-11.
