Britannia High Scores New International Slots

LONDON, December 4: ITV
Global Entertainment has closed a number of deals with global broadcasters,
including Nickelodeon Australia, for the hit musical drama Britannia High.

HBO Latin
America, MBC in the Middle East, Seven Network Australia and Nickelodeon
Australia have each acquired the new series. Britannia High, set in a contemporary performing arts school,
follows a group of six talented students as they strive to achieve their dreams
of stardom. Each of the nine one-hour episodes focuses on a specific character.
The musical score was directed by Take That's Gary Barlow.

Tobi de
Graaff, the global director of international TV distribution for ITV Global
Entertainment, said, "Britannia High
has performed well in the U.K. amongst the tween and young adult audience,
where it regularly rates number one with the demographic in its prime-time
slot. In just five episodes the show has been watched by over 35 percent of
U.K. TV viewers and we're gearing up to launch multiple commercial brand
extensions this winter. We're delighted to have secured deals with these
important TV networks, with many more sales to be confirmed shortly."
