SYDNEY: Beyond Distribution has finalized a range of deals throughout Europe from its lineup of factual and documentary content.

The series All for One with Debbie Travis was picked up by Vitaya in Belgium, TV Norge in Norway and Spektrum Home in Hungary/Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Stylia for French-speaking Europe opted for Design DNA.

Discovery Networks ordered Monster Bug Wars for the U.K., Western Europe and Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Fire Scene Investigation was picked up by TV2 in Norway, while TV3 in Sweden went for The Hunks, with its format rights going to Northern Alliance for Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The docs How Beer Saved the World and Cat Crazed were licensed to Chello Multicanal in Spain, while VTM in Belgium and Yes-DBS Satellite Services in Israel went for I Don’t Have Time for This.

“We have such a wide variety of genres and sub-genres for each market that we are able to place programs with assorted broadcasters,” said Munia Kanna-Konsek, the head of sales for Beyond Distribution. “It’s a case of having something for everyone, although we do target the programs we pick up. This market took us from bug battles (Monster Bug Wars) to super home renovations involving the whole community (All For One) to a magical, Fawlty Towers world for kids (Tati’s Hotel).”
