BBC One, Two Set for Online Streaming

LONDON,
November 19: The BBC is set to make its flagship channels BBC One and BBC Two
available for Britons to watch live online, adding to the streaming feeds for
BBC Three, BBC Four, CBBC, CBeebies and BBC News.

BBC One and BBC Two will be available live online from November 27
via their channel sites on bbc.co.uk, viewable through a computer, mobile phone
or other Internet-enabled device. The channels can also be viewed through the
BBC iPlayer.

Simon Nelson, the controller of BBC Vision Multiplatform and
Portfolio, said: "Simulcasting BBC One and BBC Two is a huge advance in
making our portfolio of multiplatform channels available to our audiences, and
giving them the opportunity to discover the wealth of associated content the
BBC is able to offer through our channel and program sites."
