Banijay France & YouTube Select Lineup for First Creators Lab

Banijay France and YouTube have unveiled the four creators chosen to take part in the first Creators Lab, which will see them receive up to €50,000 for the development and production of a pilot.

Additionally, the creators will be supported by Banijay France’s creatives and producers and receive strategic coaching from YouTube to maximize the projects’ impact and audience engagement.

The four finalists are: Valise & Caramel, reinventing Minute to Win It (Banijay Production Media); SparkDise, reimagining 1ère Compagnie (Endemol France); Louise Aubery (My BetterSelf), taking on Got to Dance (DMLS TV); and Noa Dorian, revisiting Dilemme (B Prod).

“In line with the spirit of Banijay Entertainment, we have always been at the forefront of creative entrepreneurialism in France, a shared ambition with YouTube,” said Alexia Laroche-Joubert, CEO of Banijay France. “The Creators Lab unites complementary expertise—creators discover the art of premium storytelling and production know-how, while our teams draw inspiration from their spontaneity, speed and direct connection to audiences. From the start, our ambition was to create an initiative that worked both ways; listening, collaborating, and creating the trust needed to push boundaries without losing the essence of our formats. We look forward to sharing the projects that reflect this shared energy and boldness.”
