BabyTV Secures Merchandising Deal in France

LONDON, February 23: BabyTV is working with TF1 Video for
the rollout of its first home videos in France and other French-speaking
territories, beginning in April.

The home videos will feature BabyTV’s programs in segmented
themes based on categories that include Development and Discovery, Art &
Music, Nature and Animals, First Songs and Night Time.

BabyTV also has a deal with TF1 Licensing in place that will
lead it into publishing and licensing activities in France later this year.

BabyTV has also partnered with Comfy for the first BabyTV
interactive PC game to be sold together with the Comfy Easy PC Keyboard. The
game is based on popular BabyTV characters such as Tulli, Pitch and Potch and
Mixed Up Mary.

“Following a productive year establishing BabyTV’s presence
worldwide, we are now focusing on developing our brand off the screen with
various licensing activities scheduled throughout 2007,” said Maya Talit, the
director of communications at BabyTV (www.babytvchannel.com).
