NEW YORK/LONDON: In partnership with ContentFilm International, Babelgum will showcase 10 feature-length docs by British filmmaker Nick Broomfield on its online and mobile platforms, including Kurt & Courtney and Biggie and Tupac.

Other titles include Heidi Fleiss: Hollywood Madam, Fetishes, Chicken Ranch, Soldier Girls, Aileen—Life and Death of a Serial Killer and Aileen Wuornos—The Selling of a Serial Killer. As of yesterday, the films were available for free video streaming on Babelgum.

"We are thrilled to be working with our friends at ContentFilm on presenting this eclectic collection of important and often provocative films by a pioneer of the documentary form," said Karol Martesko-Fenster, senior VP and general manager of Babelgum’s film division. "As a director of award-winning TV and theatrical docs, Nick Broomfield has distinguished himself in the film world for over 35 years, focusing on a variety of fascinating subjects and heady issues, while always injecting a lot of personal energy into each of his projects. We’re excited to let a whole new global audience discover his unique voice for themselves.”

Broomfield added: "The films have been reinvented and redigitized to superb quality, and are every bit as entertaining as when they were first made. I am ecstatic they are now available online and am excited to hear people’s reactions.”
