Azteca America Reaches 60 Markets

LOS ANGELES, June 22: Azteca America, TV Azteca’s network
for U.S. Hispanic audiences, is now available in 60 markets following new deals
in Yuma, Arizona, and Chico, California.

The deals give the network a presence in all of the top 40
Hispanic markets in the country.

Coverage in the Chico-Redding market will be through the
Cocola Broadcasting Companies station KKDJ channel 58. Cocola Broadcasting
Companies also operates Azteca America stations in Fresno and Boise.

Carriage in Yuma is through Time Warner as part of the
previously announced national "white area" agreement, which covers
markets where local over-the-air stations are not present. The signal is
carried on Time Warner channel 221.

"Our network footprint continues to grow, and we look
forward to more important coverage news in the coming week," said Luis J.
Echarte, the chairman of Azteca America.
