APT Worldwide Scores Rights for Loreena McKennitt Concert Special

BOSTON, April 13: APT Worldwide has secured the international representation rights for the $2
million high-definition concert special Loreena McKennitt: Nights from the
Alhambra, featuring the
self-managed and self-produced artist who has sold over 14 million records
worldwide.

The special was produced
by Perseus Productions for Quinlan Road Limited, McKennitt's Canada-based
one-artist record label and management office. It is set in the ancient
European palace of Alhambra, the former residence of the Muslim kings of
Granada. In Nights from the Alhambra, McKennitt takes viewers on a musical journey through traditional
Celtic ballads, literary narratives and highlights from her latest recording, An
Ancient Muse, backed by an
internationally acclaimed lineup of musicians.
