ANYTIME Scores India Deal

SINGAPORE, October 27: The Asian VOD channel ANYTIME has
signed a five-year deal with the Indian broadband provider India On Line
Broadband Limited (IOL), bringing the on-demand movie service to 4 million
homes in Mumbai and Delhi by March 2007.

Delivering Hollywood movies on demand, ANYTIME will be the
cornerstone of the MTNL-IOL and BSNL-IOL IPTV platforms, supported by Mahanagar
Telephone Nigam (MNTL) and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), respectively.
It is expected to go live this December, and will also feature interactive
games, on demand.

“This is an unprecedented deal for IPTV in the region,” said
ANYTIME CEO Craig Zimbulis. “On-demand delivery of video content is set to boom
in India, this is a country that clearly has a huge appetite for next
generation services. Working together, IOL, MTNL, BSNL and ANYTIME will be able
to offer Indian consumers an entirely new way to choose and consume Hollywood
entertainment.”
