Antena2 to Launch in Romania

BUCHAREST, April 6: INTACT Media Group will launch a new TV
network, Antena2, in Romania on Monday, April 9, featuring talk shows and
original productions based on international formats, among other content.

The new network will join INTACT Media Group’s portfolio of
channels, now comprised of Antena1, Antena2, Antena3, Antena4, and Antena
International. An investment of 16 million euros went into the launch of
Antena2, which will feature a diverse mix of programming that includes talk shows
on topics that range from politics to real estate and showbiz. It is focused on
developing local productions that are based on original ideas or international
formats. Famous TV personalities, respected journalists and thespians will be
making appearances on the new network.

INTACT Media Group also owns two radio stations (Romantic
and Metropol), a production company (Intact Production), a daily newspaper (Jurnalul
National), a sports newspaper (Gazeta
Sporturilor), a weekly financial magazine (Saptamina
Financiara), a weekly publication for women
(Felicia), three BBC magazines (Top
Gear, Good Food, Good Homes), 4WD Magazine, a publishing house (Intact), a company which offers
online media marketing and advertising solutions (Open Media Network), charity foundations
(Mereu Aproape) and a news agency (Amos News).
