Alfred Haber Closes Golden Globe Agreements

PALISADES PARK: The 67th annual Golden Globe Awards, set to air live on NBC, have been sold by Alfred Haber Distribution, Inc. (AHDI) to a number of international broadcasters, among them ProSieben in Germany and TNT in Latin America.

In its 15th consecutive year as the exclusive distributor for the awards show, AHDI has notched up recent deals with BSkyB in the U.K., Foxtel in Australia, SONY in Japan, CCTV in China, Cinecinemas in France, UTV in India, TV2 in Denmark, STAR in Southeast Asia, M-NET in South Africa and Kanal 5 in Sweden. The show is produced by dick clark productions in conjunction with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The live three-hour ceremony will be broadcast on NBC on January 17. This year will feature Ricky Gervais as host.
