AETN Delivers Docs, Formats, Real-Life Programming

NEW YORK, October 3: With programming culled from the
A&E Network and The History Channel, AETN International will be offering
more than 300 hours of content to buyers in Cannes, spanning real-life series
as well as documentary series and specials and a slate of formats.

Under the real-life banner is Gene Simmons Family Jewels, which follows the legendary KISS rocker and his
long-time partner Shannon and their two teenaged kids. Driving Force stars racing legend John Force and his three drag
racing daughters.

On the documentary slate there is Combat Diary: The
Marines Of Lima Company
, showing the war in
Iraq as seen through the eyes of the Marines of Lima Company; and the two-hour,
CGI/reenactment special The Egyptian Book Of The Dead.

In terms of formats, AETN is rolling out the financial rescue
series Big Spender, as well as the
10×1-hour Confronting Justice,
which explores the lives of people most affected by a serious crime: the
victims, their families and the offender.
