A+E Networks Promotes Sean Cohan

NEW YORK: Sean Cohan has been elevated to the role of executive VP of international at A+E Networks, overseeing a staff based in New York, London and Singapore.

Cohan was previously the senior VP of international, and before that was the VP of business development and digital media and director of international business development for AETN International. He will now oversee the international division of A+E Networks, managing the company’s brands, content and services outside the U.S.

“Sean has played an integral role in the growth of A+E Networks around the world,” said Abbe Raven, the president and CEO of A+E Networks. “His leadership and vision has helped catapult our brands into global powerhouses now in more than 150 countries and 37 languages.”

Steve Ronson, the executive VP of enterprises, added, “Sean and his team delivered strong growth every year for the international division and put our brands in the number one, two or three position in the factual category in virtually every territory around the world.”
