ACTF Secures Deals for My Place

SYDNEY: The Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF) has secured a range of deals for the first and second seasons of the Matchbox Pictures-produced series My Place.

My Place seasons one and two have been picked up by Australia Network and Public Broadcasting Services Malta. Australia Network will broadcast the series to more than 44 countries across Asia, the Pacific and Indian subcontinent. The first season has been picked up by Radiotelevisão Portuguesa in Portugal, Sveriges Television in Sweden and the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation. Season two is currently airing on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Qantas and Qatar Airways have also licensed the series. The live-action children’s drama is based on the classic Australian picture book by Nadia Wheatley and Donna Rawlins.
