ABC Ramps Up Digital Activities

BURBANK, April 21: ABC.com
has launched the first video podcast of Ugly Betty, hosted by Michael Urie and Becki Newton, who play
Marc and Amanda on the show, as well as LOSTscape, dedicated to fans of the hit
series Lost.

The Ugly Betty podcast features Urie and Newton interviewing Ugly
Betty composer Jeff Beal, and
introducing his new song, “Ready for Betty,” which celebrates the return of the
series. Urie and Newton also go behind the scenes on the set of Ugly Betty to catch up with the show’s other stars, including
Eric Mabius, Vanessa Williams, Tony Plana, Ashley Jensen, Mark Indelicato and
America Ferrera.

LOSTscape allows fans to
explore and interact with items from Lost, and will feature 34 clips from the show where the items were used.
Along with enjoying a sneak peek of upcoming original episodes, fans can also
enter for a chance to win a trip for two to the 2008 San Diego Comic-Con to
attend the Lost panel, along
with preferred seating and a meet-and-greet with special cast members and
executives from the show.
