LOS ANGELES, February 23: ABC has announced that the new
drama series October Road will premiere
March 15 and that Six Degrees will

from 10-11 p.m. on ABC, with Men in Trees returning to this timeslot on Thursdays following an initial run of the
new series. Six Degrees will
return in a new time slot on Fridays at 9 p.m.

A joint production between ABC Television Studio and
GroupM Entertainment, October Road
centers on the young, popular author Nick Garrett who returns to his hometown
in order to get over his writer’s block, after a ten-year hiatus. When Garrett
is back home on October Road, he quickly discovers that the circle of friends

as Ray "Big Cat" Cataldo, Brad William Henke as Owen Rowan, Evan

executive-produced by Gary Fleder, Scott Rosenberg, Josh Appelbaum and Andre

Shot on location in New York City, Six Degrees follows the intertwined relationships of six
characters as they affect and influence each other's lives. It was put on
hiatus following unimpressive ratings. The series stars Jay Hernandez as Carlos
Green, Bridget Moynahan as Whitney Crane, Erika Christensen as Mae, Dorian
Missick as Damian, with Campbell Scott as Steven Caseman and Hope Davis as
Laura. Six Degrees is produced by Bad Robot, Nosebleed Productions and ABC
