New Hire, Promotions at Reveille

LOS ANGELES: Reveille has appointed Robin Ashbrook to the new role of VP of creative affairs, while two other key executives received promotions.

Ashbrook was previously Shine TV’s creative director of entertainment. He will move from the U.K. to Los Angeles and is tasked with creating, developing and executive producing new unscripted formats at Reveille for the U.S. and global marketplace. Ashbrook will report to Reveille’s managing directors, Mark Koops and Howard T. Owens.

Meanwhile, Chad Bennett has been named VP of brand development and production, and Kelia Tardiff has been named manager of creative affairs. Bennett was previously a director at Reveille. He will continue to oversee brand development, merchandising and licensing as well as generating sponsorship and cross promotions for Reveille’s reality shows and online initiatives. Tardiff joins the development team and will focus on working with the Shine Group companies, to identify and produce Shine Group formats for the U.S., while helping them identify Reveille formats to develop abroad. Tardiff joined Reveille from MTV in 2007.

"We’re excited to welcome Robin—a great talent from our sister company Shine TV—while also recognizing Chad and Kelia’s outstanding contributions to Reveille," said Koops. "Robin brings great experience developing and producing a wide range of programming as we continue to strengthen and broaden our slate. He has a strong, distinct, development voice. The promotions of Chad and Kelia are long overdue. They are both incredibly smart, creative execs who have bright futures and exemplify our commitment to growing the company."
