Celebrity Apprentice Back in 2010

UNIVERSAL CITY: NBC has picked up Donald Trump’s business reality series The Celebrity Apprentice for another season, with a new cast of celebs set to compete for the coveted title.

Returning in spring 2010, The Celebrity Apprentice is averaging a 3.5 rating, 9 share among adults 18 to 49, drawing in an average of 8.6 million viewers overall this season. A new installment in the franchise, this iteration watches as celebrities use their business savvy to fight for causes close to their hearts.

"The Celebrity Apprentice is the ultimate business and reality show at the top of its game and has exploded in popularity this season while also raising an impressive amount of money for charity," said Paul Telegdy, the executive VP of alternative programming for NBC and Universal Media Studios. "It’s a valuable franchise and proven competitor and we’re thrilled to have Mr. Trump and Mr. Burnett back to create another brilliant season."
