Flame TV Restructures Senior Team

LONDON, July 11: Factual entertainment producer Flame TV has
named co-founder Roger Bolton as chairman, after completing an internal
restructuring designed to bolster the company’s growth.

In his new role, Bolton will oversee the future direction of
the business and concentrate on documentary commissions. The subsidiary
company, Roger Bolton Productions, will be integrated into Flame TV. Barbara
Altounyan, Flame TV’s other co-founder, will remain as the director of
programs.

Additionally, Claire Featherstone, the director of

board. Film and television consultant Jonathan Olsberg has been named the
non-executive advisor to the board.

Bolton said: “Jonathan’s experience and wise counsel has
already been of great value to the company as it expands and moves into the
next stage of development. Our restructure will also allow us to achieve
greater efficiency and even stronger programming.”

Flame TV has been responsible for such daytime programming
as season three of Don’t Get Done Get Dom and
the second season of Heir Hunters, both
