Ex-HIT Chief Takes on Role at Online Community Site

LONDON, July 9: Bruce Steinberg, the former CEO of HIT
Entertainment, has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of
Bragster.com, an online community devoted to “bragging and daring”.

The move follows Bragster receiving a financial injection
from Intel Capital and David Frankel earlier this year. The site was founded
last year by Bertrand Bodson and Wim Vernaeve. It allows its users to challenge
each other and to showcase their daring exploits through video submissions. It
has 900,000 users, primarily in the U.S., U.K. and Canada.

Steinberg stepped down from his role at HIT in March of this
year. He previously headed up Fox Kids Europe (now Jetix Europe), following
stints at BSkyB, UKTV and MTV Networks. "Bragster is an exciting company
with an exceptional management team and tremendous potential,” Steinberg said.
“The site attracts the attention of some large media conglomerates that are
struggling to define their online strategy and I believe the concept will play
a pivotal role in transforming the media landscape. I am really looking forward
to working with the Bragster team and together I think we can achieve great
things."

Vernaeve, added: “Bruce joins us at an exciting time when
Bragster further transforms itself into an entertainment company. Bruce brings
a wealth of experience to the table and will help us establish relationships
with some key players in the media industry.”

Bodson noted: “Bruce also understands the advertising market
very well, at a time Bragster starts monetizing its platform with ‘Sponsored
Brags’. Wim and I look forward to working with Bruce as he will add tremendous
value capitalizing on Bragster’s understanding of social media along with its
broad entertainment appeal.”
