Promotions Announced at Lionsgate

SANTA MONICA, March 12: Barbara
Wall has been promoted to executive VP of television and Andy Richley to VP of
television development at Lionsgate.

Wall will continue to work
on new program development for both broadcast and cable, including half-hour
comedies, hour dramas, movies, mini-series and limited series, while overseeing
current programming. She joined the company in November 2005 and has
spearheaded productions such as The Kill Point, Hidden Palms and The Dresden Files.

Richley, who joined
Lionsgate in October 2004, will continue to work in scripted development with
Wall, while also spearheading alternative development. He has worked on Dirty
Dancing
, The Kill Point, Weeds
and The Dead Zone.

Both executives will
report to Kevin
Beggs, Lionsgate’s president of television programming and production.

“Barbara’s extraordinary
creative instincts, experience and industry relationships have been vital to
our division’s growth,” said Beggs. “And Andy is one of the most talented and
dedicated TV executives in the business. We’re extremely fortunate to have both
on our team as we continue to build on our success.”
