Florence Nightingale Drama Set for BBC One

NEW YORK, March 12: BBC
One will premiere Florence Nightingale, a production by U.K.-based 1A Productions in association with
Lightworks Producing Group, in a prime-time slot on March 24.

Based on her letters and
diaries, Florence Nightingale reveals
the woman beyond just the credits of a devoted nurse. The one-hour drama stars Laura
Fraser and is directed by Norman Stone.

Group. “Our successful collaboration with the BBC has resulted in an extraordinary
