4Kids TV Announces Action-Packed Fall Lineup

NEW YORK, September 6:
For its sixth year on the air, 4Kids TV is positioning itself as “The Game
Station”, with its weekly four-hour Saturday morning kids block on FOX set to
feature returning favorites as well as three new series in its fall lineup, which
kicks off September 8.

To promote the new
season, 4Kids has partnered with Six Flags Theme Parks and KB Toys to launch The
Game Station Sweepstakes
—driving
viewers to tune-in to 4Kids TV throughout the month of September by giving kids
sweepstakes brochures and limited edition collectible card packs. One Grand
Prize Winner will receive four video game systems and a $4,000 cash prize. One
First Prize Winner will receive a set of four season passes to participating
Six Flags Theme Parks. Twenty-five Second Prize Winners will receive a $50 KB
Toys Gift Card.

The September 8 launch
will include hit series such as Chaotic, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast
Forward, Viva Piñata, Sonix X
and Winx
Club
, returning to the block with
all new episodes, as well as three new series to add to the action-packed mix: Dinosaur
King, The Adrenaline Project
and Yu-Gi-Oh!
GX
. The animated property Dinosaur
King
sees two kids discover how to
bring dinosaurs back to life. The Adrenaline Project is a reality series where five thrill-seeking
teens are dropped at a Base Camp to train and compete for victory in an unknown
final event, which could be anything from ziplines, scuba diving or bungee
jumping. Based on the card game phenomenon, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX makes its 4Kids TV debut with the lead characters
in the series finally becoming upperclassmen at the world’s most prestigious
dueling prep school.

Complementing the
broadcast launch, the popular website www.4Kids.tv will re-launch with new
features and functionality to offer kids a 24-hour destination for streaming
videos, games, promotions and more. New additions to the site include
customized personal profiles and avatars, message boards, emails and buzz feeds
on the latest pop culture news and new games based on 4Kids TV series.

“Kids don’t just watch TV
anymore—they want to get involved, interact, experience the characters,
the stories and the action for themselves,” said Alfred R. Kahn, the chairman
and CEO of 4Kids Entertainment. “The Game Station is the perfect moniker to
reflect that our shows are all about having fun and getting into the
game—either on-air, online, or in a multitude of ways that we’ll make
available to our fans throughout the year.”
