New President, MD for Warner Bros. Entertainment Italy

BURBANK/LONDON, July 10: Seventeen-year Warner Bros.
Entertainment veteran Paolo Ferrari has been promoted to president and managing
director of the studio’s Italian operations, based in Rome.

In his new position, Ferrari’s responsibilities include general
oversight of all Warner Bros.’ businesses in Italy, including theatrical and
home video production, marketing and distribution; television distribution;
international cinemas; consumer products and online and emerging distribution
technologies. He reports to Barry Meyer, the chairman and CEO of Warner Bros.,
and Alan Horn, the president and COO, through Richard Fox, the executive VP of
international. He will also report to division presidents regarding specific
businesses.

Ferrari has been with Warner Bros. Entertainment for 17
years, joining the team from an 11-year run at Columbia Tri-Star Films Italia
and a previous 17 years at MGM. Prior to his promotion, he was the managing
director for Italy at Warner Bros. Pictures International.
