JAKKS Signs Toy License for the Wiggles Brand

MALIBU, June 18: JAKKS Pacific has reached a North American
master toy licensing agreement with Big Tent Entertainment for a diverse line
of toys and products based on the Australian preschool band The Wiggles.

The Child Guidance preschool division of JAKKS will develop,
manufacture and distribute a line of toys and related products based on the
popular characters and themes from the shows. The categories covered in JAKKS'
agreement include plush, preschool toys, musical toys, role play, youth
electronics, bath toys, craft & activity kits, interactive, dance mats,
foam puzzles, playsets, seasonal products and outdoor products. JAKKS plans to
launch The Wiggles product line in fall
2008.

The Wiggles
television series currently airs twice daily in the U.S. on the Disney
Channel's preschool learning block Playhouse Disney and is broadcast in Canada, the U.K., New Zealand,
Australia, South America and Italy, among other markets. The Wiggles band members include Anthony the Blue Wiggle, Murray
the Red Wiggle, Jeff the Purple Wiggle and Sam the Yellow Wiggle. With more
than 5 million albums and 22 million DVDS and videos sold worldwide, the
award-winning Australian music group continues to perform over 150 high-energy,
interactive shows to nearly one million people in the U.S. each year.
