MGM Appoints VP of Worldwide TV Marketing

LOS ANGELES, February 8: Faye Walker has joined
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. as the VP of worldwide television marketing.

In her new role, reporting to Jim Packer, the president of
worldwide television distribution at MGM, Walker will oversee the marketing of
all MGM television programming worldwide, including cable, syndication, ad
sales, VOD initiatives and campaigns. She will also direct the creation of
collateral marketing materials in support of new TV programs and feature films
made for television.

Her current assignments include devising national and local
campaigns for MGM’s new syndicated offerings of RENO 911! and Chappelle’s Show, which have been sold in the top three U.S.
television markets—New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Walker joins MGM from The Tennis Channel, where she was the
VP of marketing from the channel’s inception in 2002. Prior to that, she was
the VP of marketing and promotions at GSN (formerly Game Show Network).
