AETN, Showtime Join CinemaNow Lineup

MARINA DEL REY, December 18: Select content from A&E
Television Networks and Showtime Networks will be available on a
download-to-own basis from CinemaNow, a broadband content site.

Starting this month, series from A&E Network, The
History Channel and The Biography Channel, including Biography and Modern Marvels, and Showtime series such as The L Word, and Sleeper Cell, will be on offer at CinemaNow. To kick off the
Showtime alliance, CinemaNow will be offering the premiere episode of Sleeper
Cell: American Terror for free. All other
episodes are priced at $1.99 each.

CinemaNow legally offers downloads of more than 4,000
feature-length films, shorts, music concerts and television programs from more
than 250 licensors including 20th Century Fox, ABC News, Disney,
HDNet, Lionsgate, MGM, Miramax, NBC Universal, Paramount Pictures, Sony,
Sundance Channel and Warner Bros.
