Reports: ProSiebenSat.1 Back on Auction Block

COLOGNE, October 23: Haim Saban is said to have resumed his
efforts to sell off a considerable stake in the German broadcasting group
ProSiebenSat.1 Media, published reports indicate.

According to media reports, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley
have been instructed to begin the sale of either a large stake or a controlling
interest in ProSiebenSat.1. Saban and the other investors that have a majority
stake in the company attempted to sell to publishing giant Axel Springer
earlier this year. That effort was blocked by regulators.
