AETN Secures Format Options on A&E Series

NEW YORK, July 27: AETN International has signed format
options for two popular A&E shows: Growing Up Gotti and Spying on Myself.

Spying on Myself has
been optioned in multiple territories, including TF1 in France, El Mundo in Spain,
Einstein Multimedia in Italy and STV in Denmark. And in Russia, TNT
Broadcasting Network has optioned Growing Up Gotti.

“Every great series starts with a compelling concept that
captures the viewer’s imagination, and grows into a great story,” said Michael
Katz, the VP of programming and production at AETN International. “Spying on
Myself and Growing Up Gotti both meet these criteria, and we are happy to be
working with our new partners on the development of these formats.”

Arabelle Pouliot-DiCrescenzo, formats consultant for AETN
International, added that the shows “offer viewers a revealing look into very
real and private lives. While the themes of these series are universally
intriguing, the series treat their subjects’ lives with great respect.”

Growing Up Gotti
gives viewers a look at a divorced celebrity who’s juggling a career, raising
unruly teenagers and stepping back into the dating scene. In each episode of Spying
on Myself, a participant is physically
transformed to look and behave like a completely different person and is then
sent back into his or her own world.
