Versant Media Reports 2025 Revenues of $6.69 Billion

Versant Media Group earned $6.69 billion in revenues in 2025, with net income attributable to Versant of $930 million.

Linear distribution revenues were $4.09 billion for 2025, while ad revenues were $1.58 billion. Platforms revenues were $826 million, and content licensing and other amounted to $193 million.

The company also reported $2.42 billion in adjusted EBITDA and $2.18 billion of stand-alone adjusted EBITDA.

Additionally, the company’s board authorized the repurchase of up to $1 billion of the company’s outstanding Class A common stock.

We are committed to driving value for our shareholders, as highlighted by our board’s declaration of a $0.375 per share quarterly cash dividend and authorization to repurchase up to $1 billion in shares.”
