New CFO Appointed at All3Media

Thomas Shearer has been confirmed as CFO at All3Media, having served in the post in an interim capacity since the summer.

Shearer became interim CFO following the departure of Angela McMullen. He joined All3Media in 2018 and became group finance director four years later. He reports to CEO Jane Turton.

“I’m absolutely delighted that Tom is taking on the CFO role that he is so well qualified for,” Turton said. “He has a deep understanding of our business and the industry, and on top of that he’s a real team player and a pleasure to work with—supportive, collaborative and a great leader.”

Prior to joining All3Media, Shearer worked at KPMG. “I am delighted to be appointed CFO at All3Media, working with Jane,” he said. “This is a fantastic business with hugely talented and creative people right across the group. I’ve been lucky to work alongside so many supportive colleagues, and I’m excited to continue that teamwork as we build on All3Media’s success.”
