MIPCOM to Feature Talent Behind the Camera Session

The Talent Behind the Camera session at MIPCOM will feature Lorenzo Mieli (The Young Pope, My Brilliant Friend), Álex Pina (Money Heist, The Pier) and Eric Newman (Narcos) in conversation with World Screen’s Anna Carugati, to be followed by the presentation of this year’s World Screen Trendsetter Awards.

The panel is meant to celebrate gifted individuals who are driving today’s golden age of television. These creators and producers will engage in a lively discussion about their many responsibilities as they write and/or executive produce, supervise other writers, manage talent and maintain relationships with studios, channels and platforms.

At the end of the session, they will be presented with a World Screen Trendsetter Award, in recognition of their contribution to the international television industry.

The session, which will be moderated by Carugati, will be held on October 16 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais.
