eOne Television Appoints New VP of Production

LOS ANGELES/TORONTO: David Shafer has become the new VP of production at Entertainment One (eOne) Television.

Shafter will be involved in the company’s scripted productions, including Hell on Wheels. Prior to joining eOne, Shafer was the VP of production at CBS Television Studios. There, he was responsible for the production of scripted pilots and series, with credits such as Elementary, The Good Wife and Numb3rs. Shafer reports to Armand Leo, the VP of production affairs. Shafer is based in Los Angeles.
