NATPE to Introduce New Business Concierge Service in Budapest

LOS ANGELES: NATPE||Content First has a new customer-service initiative, NATPE Navigator, designed to maximize business opportunities between buyers and sellers, which the organizer will roll out for the first time at NATPE Budapest 2013.

The concierge program is structured to increase connectivity and build relationships with buyers and collect insight about their needs. This, in turn, will deliver a customized VIP conference experience. Following its launch at NATPE Budapest, the service will become an integral component to all NATPE events thereafter.

Jenean Atwood Baynes has been appointed as the director of NATPE Navigator. Atwood Baynes has been serving as executive assistant to the president of NATPE since 2004. In this new role, Atwood Baynes will be responsible for providing meeting scheduling support, delivering targeted prospect lists and identifying key sessions and panels based on business objectives, alongside a host of other customized VIP experiences.
