Acorn Media Launches Streaming Service for British Hits

SILVER SPRING: Acorn Media Group’s newly launched Acorn TV service offers a number of hit British mysteries and dramas, including Upstairs Downstairs and Agatha Christie’s Poirot, for streaming to U.S. audiences.

The launch lineup includes titles such as Brideshead Revisited, The Far Pavilions, Foyle’s War and The Forsyte Saga. Available at acornonline.com/TV, the streaming service launches with full seasons of the six different series, with the first episode of each season featured for free. Acorn TV is being offered for a free trial through August 31.
