TORONTO: Tricon Films & Television is set to launch the international sales of its new scripted spy comedy series InSecurity at MIPTV.

The 26×30-minute series is a comedic send-up of the traditional crime procedural, featuring the men and women of the fictional National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) making often-botched attempts to keep the world safe. The series’ stars include Natalie Lisinska of Chloe, Emmy-nominee William deVry of The Bold and the Beautiful and Rémy Girard of Incendies.

Jon Rutherford, the VP of international sales and acquisitions at Tricon Films & Television, said: InSecurity is a one of those special scripted comedies from a team that knows how to build a hit. It’s fun, smart, has a terrific cast and, together with the never ending appeal of the spy world, makes it a great fit for audiences internationally."
