NEW YORK: The newly created post of senior VP of development at Oxygen Media is being filled by Cori Abraham, who for the past six years has served as VP of development for Bravo.

Abraham will oversee the network’s development on the East and West Coasts, though based in Los Angeles. She will work to identify creative concepts, innovative formats and new talent. She will report to Amy Introcaso-Davis, the senior VP of original programming and development. The two worked together at Bravo for four years, starting in 2004, when Abraham was director of development. Abraham was promoted to VP of development in 2007 and became head of development in 2008. Prior to Bravo, Abraham served as director of development and executive producer at VH1.

“Cori has outstanding relationships in the industry, a keen eye for talent and a gift for discovering breakthrough concepts,” said Introcaso-Davis. “She has identified and developed watercooler content in a variety of genres and formats and we’re excited to have her join us as we continue to build the ‘Live Out Loud’ brand.”
