9 Story Preps Highlights for MIP Junior & MIPCOM

TORONTO: 9 Story Entertainment is focusing on a slate of new and returning animated series, including Numb Chucks and The Super Dupers, for MIP Junior and MIPCOM.

Available to buyers at MIPCOM is the children’s animated comedy series Numb Chucks, a comedy about two woodchuck vigilantes, who use their non-existent kung-fu skills to protect the citizens of Ding-a-Ling Springs. The Super Dupers follows 12-year-old twins with superpowers. Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, an animated preschool series, is based on the American series Mister Roger’s Neighborhood.

Also featured is Ben’s City, a new prime-time animated sitcom from French celebrity comedian François Pérusse, and Almost Naked Animals, about a beachfront resort run by underwear-clad, accident-prone animals. Wild Kratts features Chris and Martin Kratt, real life brothers, zoologists and creators of the hit shows Kratts’ Creatures and Zoboomafoo.
