9 Story Lines Up DISCOP Highlights

TORONTO: As a new exhibitor at DISCOP East, 9 Story Entertainment is heading to Budapest with a slate that spans live action, adventure, comedy and animation. 

Leading off the portfolio is Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars, which puts a modern twist on the popular books. There’s also the half-hour adventure series Wild Kratts, an animated series. The live-action adventure show Survive This is back for a second season, sending eight new participants through a set of survival challenges. Almost Naked Animals, a 52×11-minute offering, is based on the popular website of the same name. 

Further highlights include Futz, a classic cartoon based on the adventures of the iconic anti-hero Futz. Best Ed is an animated series that features an odd-couple pair of best friends, a dog named Ed and a squirrel named Buddy.
