4Kids Chaotic Launch Delayed

NEW YORK, June 19: 4Kids Entertainment has announced that it
is delaying the launch of its new Chaotic Trading Card Game and website until
late summer from its original launch date of June 27.

The trading card game and website are backed by a new
animated TV show airing Saturday mornings on 4Kids TV. The Chaotic television series follows the adventures of a group of teens that are
fans of the Chaotic trading card and online game. By watching the animated
series, viewers can discover battle strategies that will ultimately help them
master the Chaotic Trading Card Game for both online and offline game play.

"We feel it is imperative that the Chaotic website, www.chaoticgame.com,
provide Chaotic players with all of the engaging game play found in our Chaotic
Trading Card Game while at the same time accommodating a large number of online
players," said Alfred R. Kahn, the chairman and CEO of 4Kids Entertainment.
"It was our decision to postpone the public launch of the Chaotic Trading
Card Game … to give us more time to sufficiently beta test the scalability and
functionality of the website. We will continue the closed beta test of the
Chaotic website this summer to make certain that the website provides Chaotic fans with a great online game experience."’

Chaotic USA Entertainment Group, headquartered in San Diego,
is the technology and development company that holds the worldwide rights to
the Chaotic brand and the Chaotic Trading Card Game. Chaotic USA has entered
into an agreement with 4Kids Entertainment to develop and produce the TV
series, the Chaotic Trading Card Game and a complete domestic and international
merchandise license program.
