TEL AVIV: Armoza Formats is gearing up for MIPCOM, where it will present a range of formats, including The Ex Team.

Each hour-long episode of the factual-entertainment format The Ex Team, produced by Artza Productions and Armoza Formats, looks on as a bachelor seeking to settle down is guided by his exes in his search for “the one.” Three of the bachelor’s ex-girlfriends will work together with a relationship advisor to coach him as his searches for love.

Armoza is also presenting the five-part reality-competition format Curvy Supermodel to international buyers in Cannes. The show, from Tresor TV, follows 40 aspiring plus-size models as they are mentored by experts on their quest to win a modeling contract. It will begin airing on RTL2 in Germany on October 5.

Another highlight from Armoza is the format Born to Be a Chef. From Productions Déferlantes, the new cooking competition will broadcast on Canada’s TVA starting October 6 and has already been commissioned for a second season. The show follows two professional chefs as they each lead a team of ten kids with budding culinary talents.

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, said, “We are proud to be bringing a lineup that has a strong focus on real, relevant and impactful storytelling, whether through highlighting impossible standards in society in Curvy Supermodel or through going beyond conventional relationship shows and enabling change in people’s love lives through The Ex Team.”
