HTV3, a children’s edutainment network in Vietnam, has picked up the finished version and format to Ying Group’s Groom My Room.

Created by The Moving Visuals Co., the Singaporean version ran on Mediacorp from 2001 to 2015. It allows kids to create the bedroom of their dreams. HTV3 acquired seasons eight and nine of the show, in addition to the format. The Vietnamese version, starting production next year, will air as Dream Rooms (căn phòng mơ ước).

Cam Nguyen, HTV3’s head of programming, noted, “At HTV3, our core values are ‘Learn, Love, Laugh.’ This TV show fits all three mantras.”

Thanh Bui, CEO of HTV3’s parent company, Purpose Media, added, “We were excited about the Groom My Room format due to its edutainment value to our young viewers. It’s the perfect fit for our channel.”
