PHILADELPHIA: Comcast is working with Microsoft to bring its Xfinity On Demand service to Xbox 360 in an effort to deliver content on more devices.

Comcast engineers and software developers are using IP and cloud-based technology to bring its services to different platforms due to evidence that consumers are increasingly buying devices of their choosing at retail to access video content from a variety of sources. Within the next few months, Comcast plans to offer its Xfinity On Demand on the Xbox 360. Xfinity TV’s Xbox experience will be built on a private IP platform for a personal and integrated experience.
