Vivendi Q3 Revenues Rise Just 0.3 Percent

PARIS, November 7: Vivendi’s third quarter revenues were up
just 0.3 percent to 4,889 million euros, with gains in the television and
gaming divisions and declines in its music and mobile operations.

The Canal+ Group reported revenues were up 4.6 percent to
879 million euros, led by the French pay-TV operations, up 8 percent. At
Vivendi Games, revenues were up 15.2 percent to 182 million euros, and Maroc
Telecom posted revenues of 561 million euros, an 11.5 percent gain. Universal
Music Group’s revenues fell 2.1 percent to 1,096 million euros. SFR’s revenues
were also down, by 1.8 percent, to 2,196 million euros.
