Viaplay App Coming to Apple Store in Nordic Region

STOCKHOLM: Viasat Broadcasting is bringing its Viaplay online pay-TV service to iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, available from the App Store.

Subscribers to Viaplay’s online TV packages (TV, TV+Film or TV+Film+Sport) can use the new app to access content on the streaming service. This brings content to Internet-connected devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets and web-enabled TV sets.

Niclas Ekdahl, the CEO of Viaplay, commented: “We are committed to making Viaplay and its rich and varied content offering as broadly and simply available as possible.
