WCSFP Chooses Marrakesh for Congress ’24

The World Congress of Science & Factual Producers (WCSFP) has set Marrakesh, Morocco, as the host city for Congress ’24.

Set to take place from December 9 to 12 this year, the Congress ’24 program will feature a lineup of keynote speakers, panel discussions and networking opportunities. The 2023 edition was held in Seattle, Washington.

This year’s host sponsor is the minister of youth, culture and communication of the Kingdom of Morocco.

“It’s a great pleasure to bring Congress to Marrakesh, a city renowned for its remarkable archaeological discoveries, rich cultural heritage, vibrant souks and breathtaking architectural landmarks—a fitting setting for our truly global community to convene,” said Paul Lewis, WCSFP conference director. “This marks Congress’ first venture onto the African continent, presenting an exciting opportunity to showcase regional stories and spotlight the work of local factual content creators. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you all to Marrakesh for what promises to be an inspiring and enriching congress experience.”
