Villain Studios Preps Breakdancing Series

Villain Studios is set to produce the new series Breaking Boundaries, a co-production with Insight TV and Red Bull Media House.

Each episode of Breaking Boundaries will follow a different breakdancer as a host in a big metropole in their home country, exploring their lives and background stories. The series, which will consist of six episodes, is scheduled to bow in 2021.

Villain Studios was founded by Stefan Tieleman, former managing director of VICE TV and VICE Studios, and Jelmar Hagen, former Talpa Global & DFFRNT Media VP.

Stefan Tieleman, managing director of Villain Studios, said: “We are looking forward to producing this series in a time of great challenges. Our aim is to produce a credible series on breakdancing that will fill viewers with positivity.”
